They ensure that all cleaning tasks are carried out to a high standard, maintain cleaning equipment and communicate effectively with customers to understand their specific needs. Previous cleaning experience is considered an advantage, but not necessary. We value strong accuracy, reliability, working independently and as part of a team, as well as good communication skills in Finnish or English. Our commercial cleaning staff also focus on cleaning and sanitizing offices, retail stores and restaurants, following detailed checklists to ensure all areas are thoroughly cleaned.
